If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange, in accordance with the terms outlined below.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The eyewear (frames, sunglasses, or related accessories) must be unused, unworn, and in its original, resalable condition, with no scratches, marks, or alterations.
- All original tags, protective films, cases, cleaning cloths, and packaging (e.g., retail boxes, gift boxes) must be intact and included.
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date confirmed by the carrier.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Prescription lenses that have been custom-made to your specifications.
- Any item purchased during a “Final Sale” or “Clearance” event.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, cosmetic changes, or missing original components.
How to Start a Return
- Contact Us: Email our support team at m15811156167@163.com with your order number and reason for the return. Photos of the item in its original condition and packaging are required to initiate the process.
- Get Approved: If your return is eligible, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Please do not send any items back without this RMA number.
- Ship Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original protective case and packaging, including all accessories. Please write the RMA number clearly on a note placed inside the package. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as GrowthJack cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in return transit.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its status via email.
- Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a defective or incorrect item was shipped).
Exchanges
We are happy to arrange an exchange if you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product. Please contact us at m15811156167@163.com with your order details and clear photos.
For exchanges due to a change of style preference, we recommend processing a return for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item, as our inventory and styles are updated frequently.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and risks, unless the return is a result of our error. All authorized returns must be shipped to the following address only after you have received your RMA number:

Final Sale, Custom & Prescription Orders
All items marked “Final Sale” and any custom-made products (including prescription eyewear with customized lenses) are final purchases and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We conduct quality checks before shipping. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at m15811156167@163.com. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue and the packaging. We will promptly arrange a solution, which may include a prepaid return label and a full refund or replacement.
