Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are carefully processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. This period allows us to conduct a final quality inspection and ensure secure, protective packaging.
- Order Verification: For security and accuracy, all orders are reviewed before processing.
- Order Modifications or Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at m15811156167@163.com. We can only accommodate requests before your order has been packaged and handed over to the shipping carrier.
Shipping Destinations & Methods
We currently ship to customers within the United States and Europe. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout.

Packaging & Handling
Every GrowthJack eyewear order is packaged with meticulous attention to protection and presentation. Each pair is placed in its original protective case, accompanied by a cleaning cloth, and securely packed in a sturdy, discreet shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s delivery progress in real time.
Delivery & Responsibility
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- For certain shipments, a signature may be required upon delivery.
- Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, GrowthJack’s liability ends. We are not responsible for loss or theft after delivery confirmation.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect/insufficient address or recipient unavailability, any resulting reshipping or storage fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Issues
- Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows no updates for more than 25 business days (for international shipments), please contact us.
- Damaged Upon Arrival: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours by email at m15811156167@163.com. Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging. We will promptly guide you through the resolution process.
